How can I gain access?

If you are a plan sponsor, go to the 'Plan sponsors' section and enter your username and password. Click on 'Continue' to log in.
If you supply the correct data and still get no access, please send us an e-mail for further assistance.
 

What are the technical specifications to log in to my personal webpages?

We recommend that your computer meets at least the following specifications:

  • Screen resolution of at least 1024x768;
  • Operating system: Windows, starting from version 2000 / Mac, starting from version 10.4 / Linux;
  • Browser: Internet Explorer, starting from version 7 / Firefox, starting from version 5 / Safari, starting from version 3.0. These browsers support 128bit encryption, which is needed to access the application. Your browser has to allow session-cookies and has to be enabled for SSL communication.

We recommend a broadband connection if you use this application intensively. You will be able to access screens more quickly.
