About us

We have over 50 years of experience in designing, implementing and managing international group health insurance and employee benefits solutions for globally mobile employees of small, medium and large businesses as well as intergovernmental organisations and NGOs.

We are more than your typical insurance provider: together with our clients we design, fund and administer employee benefits programmes. These programmes cover medical benefits, as well as non-medical insurances, with a specific focus on keeping employees healthy through a range of health and well-being services.

A truly international organisation, we serve over 890,000 expatriates across 192 countries on a 24/7 basis.

We maintain 8 service centres in 5 time zones and have local representations in:

  • Europe: Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom;
  • Africa: Kenya and South Africa;
  • Asia: China, Hong Kong and Malaysia;
  • Latin America: Chile;
  • North America: USA.
